Become a Friend

Our Friends are the lifeblood of The Norfolk Boat.  Your generosity and support will enable us to provides bursaries for offshore sail training to inspire and develop the spirit of young people and those with disabilities in Norfolk and the surrounding area.

How to donate

Donations can also be made either as single, one-off payments or regular monthly, quarterly or annual contributions.  If you are interested in becoming a Friend please contact The Norfolk Boat Treasurer at sgsallen@hotmail.co.uk.

Gift Aid

If you are a UK Taxpayer please also include a Gift Aid Declaration Form, which can be downloaded below, to enable us to reclaim a valuable Tax Credit from Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC).

Leave a legacy

Leaving a legacy to The Norfolk Boat is a wonderful way of making a difference for many years to come. We are happy to advise on legacy planning and provide further information on this generous and very effective way of lending support.  Please contact The Treasurer to make arrangements.

Step 2

Set up your fundraising page.

You can use Virgin Money Giving or Just Giving, but you can also start a fundraiser on Facebook and easily share it with your friends and family.

Step 3

Spread the word and ask for donations.

Share the link to your fundraising page on social media or via email.

Talk to your friends and family about what you’re doing and why.

Step 4

Sit back
